This in-airport service delivery program is rapidly expanding to major cities across the United States and is seeking hospitality-driven Supervisors.
Supervisors will oversee multiple Service Ambassadors, delivering orders to users throughout the airport including the ramp/tarmac. Supervisors also support the Airport Director with new customer acquisition and must have the ability to create, plan and execute trendsetting promotions and incentives to reach new passengers and airport employees. -1 year of previous supervisory experience in a service-focused hospitality concept (hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues, etc.)
-Kitchen Expeditor, Maitre’ D, and Delivery Service dispatch experience will be highly valued
-Great communication skills to respectfully convey information to people clearly and simply, from airport directors to employees and guests.
-Strong computer skills. Tablet/App savviness.
-Open availability to work a variety of days and shifts
