RESPONSIBILITIES:

Award-winning, high volume restaurant in Asheville, NC is looking for a Sous Chef who can handle volume and coach teams of cooks to excel in a busy restaurant. This Sous Chef needs to be an ace on saute and grill to coach. If you are a weak cook the rest of the team will eat you alive. Are you that good?

REQUIREMENTS:

Manage prep
Running Expo
Work line shifts when needed
Some off-site catering

High volume experience
One plus year as Sous Chef or higher
You need to be able to cook at a high level
Compensation for Sous Chef

$40,000.00 to $45,000.00
