Seeking a driven Sous Chef of restaurants and bars for a boutique four-star hotel featuring an award-winning restaurant. This position will be responsible for supporting the Executive Chef, helping to execute service in accordance with daily operations. Strong fine dining background required. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment crucial. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized and have good follow through.


*2 years as a Sous Chef or higher at a hotel, or high-end volume based restaurant
* Background in fine dining with James Beard caliber chef
* Farm to table cooking background as well as strong knowledge of regional cooking
* An individual who values and builds great work environments
* Natural teacher - ability to develop staff as well as engage in public events that include cooking demonstrations
* Must understand the importance of culture in business and thrive in companies with a culture inclusiveness
* Strong tenure, no job hoppers
* College degree
* Passion for the outdoors and healthy living
