-2 to 3 years Sous Chef experience

-Ability to thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment is essential.

-Proven track record of leading a successful operation with excellent food reviews.

-Ability to lead a staff and positively influence employee behavior.

-Computer knowledge including Word & Excel and basic restaurant business administration including food cost and labor management.

-Fanatic attention to detail and consistency will be highly valued here.
