***The Sous Chef position is based at the culinary production headquarters of the company in Alexandria, Virginia. This is not an off-premise/on-site event chef position.
-Candidates must have proven success in serving skillfully and carefully crafted dishes of outstanding quality, in addition to a culinary degree and/or equivalent training with highly respected culinary masters.
-Proven track record of leading a successful operation with excellent food reviews.
-Ability to lead a staff and positively influence employee behavior.
-Computer knowledge including Word & Excel and basic restaurant business administration including food cost and labor management.
-A multi-cuisine culinary background including contemporary American, French, Italian, Bar-B-Que, more, will be highly valued here.
