We are looking for a well rounded Sous Chef for our clients Premium Casual location in Louisville. Scratch Kitchen, American style cuisine with some influences of Italian, French, and more. This is a high volume location with room to grow. Our client is a regional group with several different concepts that are adding locations and growing.
1-3 years of Sous Chef/AKM experience.
Concept background in a scratch kitchen with a high focus on details.
Background of manager duties including safety and sanitation, ordering, inventory, labor cost, food cost, hiring, training.
