This innovative, independent concept is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its team. We want someone with a lot of enthusiasm and good relatable experience. This is an awesome learning experience! The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of prior experience as a Sous, Chef de Cuisine or Chef de Partie. Compensation will be commensurate with your experience. Culinary school graduates and/or those that have come from larger sophisticated restaurant markets will be given preference. Ultimately, it will be your intelligence, eagerness, and ability to learn that will set you apart from the crowd. Hard work balanced with quality of life will be a critical part of this position.
