SVP of Restaurant Operations – Boutique Hotel Group

Depending on experience, target base range $190,000-$250,000

The Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for providing support and direction to all Company owned/managed properties. This position will be based at the Home Office in Dallas, Texas and the ideal candidate will live in or relocate to the area. This individual will lead, manage and hold the Food & Beverage General Managers accountable, ensuring restaurants, bars and events are in line with the strategic cultural, financial and service performance goals of the organization.


• Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited university/college plus at least ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination thereof
• Experience with Independent, Modern, Chef-driven restaurants required
• Strong pre-opening experience
• Multi-unit experience
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong P&L experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Highly analytical, creative problem solver and a strong leader with ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to travel
