As the VP of Culinary Operations, you will be responsible for leading the daily production from prep to fulfillment of 2000+ meals a day. Our client is a community driven concept making a difference in what people eat everyday! You will run all parts of a 7 day a week kitchen operation including driving an R&D Chef, as well as all employees from prep to delivery in the process. Menu Development, People development, and growing this operation as if it were your own are paramount for success.
10+ years of culinary and kitchen management experience.
A Culinary or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
Extensive knowledge of the FDA and USDA regulations.
Working Knowledge of HACCP and GMP food service production.
Experience managing a production facility, not just a kitchen.
A true passion to make this your own and develop the brand.
Someone who can make decisions on their feet without a lot of hand holding or systems requirements.
