The Vice President of Human Resources will assume corporate responsibility for developing and leading our human strategy, compliance, risk, and culture during a period of rapid growth and expansion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment, development, and retention of a core values-driven, passionate and diverse workforce.
Provide strategic leadership on all people matters that impact growth, compliance, and risk.
Participate in our performance management process.
Develop programs designed to enhance and reinforce employee morale and productivity and recognize employees for their contributions to the company’s success.
Architect, codify, and continue to improve each team member’s journey from recruiting to onboarding and thriving.
Ensure that the team’s contributions and performance are greater than the sum of their parts, connecting diverse individuals, and creating a cohesive group focused on the company mission.
Education and Experience:
Undergraduate degree required, MBA or other graduate degree encouraged.
7+ years of experience in Human Resources in the full-service restaurant industry.
Experience with high-growth restaurant is a requirement, brewery experience is a plus.
Experience building teams in high-volume/fast-paced environments, closing complex positions, negotiating compensation, and building an innovative and sustainable human strategy.
Ability to engage at the executive level of the organization, interfacing with key leaders across and up the chain to formulate plans and influence human strategies.
Experience working at a company with 300+ employees.
