Based in Asheville, N.C., Richard brings more than 20 years of experience within the hospitality service industry. From some of the finest kitchens in Napa Valley where he worked for Michelin Star and James Beard award winning chefs to his role as a Winery Chef for Robert Mondavi to founding his own culinary service company for the wineries in Northern California, Richard is always searching for the perfect pairing. As a key member of the TalentServed team, he will be responsible for fortifying TalentServed’s culinary recruiting experience, as well as delivering exceptional candidates for hospitality clientele throughout the country.
