Patsy Van Brunt partners with public, private and private equity-backed hospitality, consumer products and consumer services companies helping plan and execute search and talent strategies to place key roles. She focuses her consulting on managing directors, senior-level executives, and C Suite candidates. She brings her powerful network of top leaders and a collaborative spirit to every search.
Patsy offers more than 20 years of experience in recruitment, training and development within the hospitality industry. Serving more than 15 years with the industry-leading, Hillstone Restaurant Group; most recently, as one of their few HR & Recruiting Managers. Starting her career at Walt Disney World, Patsy gained an early appreciation for hospitality, tourism, and food and beverage as well as consumer services.
Patsy is a graduate of the University of Houston and is active in alumni and hospitality events. She is based in Atlanta and is active in local hospitality charities including The Giving Kitchen and Les Dames d’Escoffier, is an IRONMAN® finisher and an avid surfer, found several times a year surfing the day away in Mexico with her husband Vince.
