Patsy Van Brunt partners with public, private and private equity-backed hospitality, consumer products and consumer services companies helping plan and execute search and talent strategies to place key roles. She focuses her consulting on managing directors, senior-level executives, and C Suite candidates. She brings her powerful network of top leaders and a collaborative spirit to every search.
Patsy offers more than 20 years of experience in recruitment, training and development within the hospitality industry. Serving more than 15 years with the industry-leading, Hillstone Restaurant Group; most recently, as one of their few HR & Recruiting Managers. Starting her career at Walt Disney World, Patsy gained an early appreciation for hospitality, tourism, and food and beverage as well as consumer services.
Patsy is a graduate of the University of Houston and is active in alumni and hospitality events. She is based in Atlanta and is an IRONMAN® finisher and an avid surfer, found several times a year surfing the day away in Mexico with her husband Vince.
