With a professional background spanning 10 years of corporate recruiting internally for two prominent restaurant companies followed by 14 years in Executive Search, Steve Gibson is recognized throughout the country as one of the top advisors on human capital strategies across the hospitality, foodservice, consumer goods and consumer services industries.
Eager to raise the bar on the recruiting services he experienced in his role as a corporate recruiter, Steve founded TalentServed in late 2006. Since then, Steve and the TalentServed talent acquisition team have placed hundreds of leaders including c-level officers, corporate executives, department heads, multi-unit leaders and other key management personnel – enabling exciting brands to grow and dominant companies to stay on top.
Today, Steve directly advises TalentServed’s many clients on talent acquisition issues and leads the TalentServed team to ensure the delivery of correct leaders for each search engagement.
As a long fervent advocate for the hospitality industry and supporter of his local community, Steve serves on several boards including the Georgia Restaurant Association, the Friends of Mimosa Hall & Gardens, and the Tupelo Honey Café Employee Relief Fund.
Living in the Atlanta metropolitan area with his wife, two sons and rambunctious Goldendoodle, you might spot Steve on occasional Saturdays indulging in spirited driving over twisty roads somewhere in the Great Smoky Mountains.
